We use our in depth knowledge of the building codes and professional relationship with the building officials to simplify the tedious and time consuming task of obtaining a building permit. QCPermits.com will determine what information the building department will require for each individual permit and design our services to provide just what is needed for your project. Let us focus on the permit acquisition so that you can focus on your clients.
QCPermits.com will require copies of the following contractor/company information prior to processing permits on their behalf:
- Iowa and/or Illinois contractors registration certificate(s)
- Any required bonding certificates by either state. If you are an Iowa based company and you are doing business in Illinois…Illinois requires out of state bonding as does Iowa for Illinois based contractors.
- Contractors required bonding and/or license for the city/county in which the project address is located.
- If you do not have the required registration and bonding, QCpermits.com can provide the application forms needed to comply.
