Dana VanGilder owned and operated two area home improvement companies for 15 years before deciding to devote her time and expertise to QCPermits.com. She has experienced first hand the time consuming and sometimes frustrating process of obtaining permits. Partnering with Joseph Architectural Group will allow contractors a "one stop shop" venue in which to obtain permits. Saving contractors time, frustration and money is QCPermits.com's goal.

Joseph Gusse has been a licensed architect since 1996 and has owned and operated Joseph Architectural Group, P.C. since 1999. He has completed a wealth of successful and award winning projects both on the local and national level, from residential room additions to a 42 acre commercial and retail development. Mr. Gusse brings years of experience working with contractors and building officials to obtain building permits for projects of all sizes.

We will compile all contractor and project information required by the various building departments, enter your project information on the application forms, measure jobsites, locate pins, provide necessary engineering, etc. in order to submit a thorough, concise and compliant permit application packet. All your project information will be copied and kept on file for future reference.
